We are at the forefront of Energy Performance Certification (EPC) with experienced energy assessors and consultants certified to provide a range of services. From domestic EPC's to full commercial surveys including Air Conditioning Reports, Display Energy Certification and On Construction EPC's.

Electrical Consulting

Qualified to the latest regulations our Engineering team provide complete support for our domestic and commercial clients.

From the installation of a single socket to a full commercial inspection our electrical team work to the highest standards as a NAPIT (National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers) approved contractor.

If you require the design or modification of an installation our design engineers can provide the support you need.

Facilities Outsourcing

Many companies find it more cost effective to outsource their Facilities Management rather than have the staffing and equipment overheads this entails. E3 have been providing outsourced services to clients for a number of years. This includes emergency support, routine maintenance and office refurbishment. We can also advise clients on the infrastructure requirements when moving offices.
